摘要
空气温度是影响家畜生理机能和生产性能的重要外部环境因素之一。奶牛是恒温动物,温度过高或过低都会使奶牛产生应激,从而对其产生不利影响。由于奶牛耐寒怕热,因此国内外对奶牛的热应激研究较多,而忽视了冷应激对奶牛的危害。文章就冷应激对奶牛生理机能和生产性能的影响作了综述。
Air temperature is one of the most important external environmental factors that affect livestock＇s physiological functions and productive performance. Dairy cattle are homeothermic animals,either too high or too low temperature will cause the dairy cattle to produce a stress,which leads to adverse effects. Since dairy cattle are cold- resistant and heat- intolerant,most national and abroad studies focus on heat stress of dairy cattle while ignoring the damage of cold stress to dairy cattle. This paper summarizes the effect of cold stress on the physiological functions and productive performance of dairy cattle.
