摘要
目的探讨经尿道1470nm半导体激光汽化术治疗良性前列腺增生(BPH)的临床应用价值。方法应用1470半导体激光治疗良性前列腺增生患者68例,分析其临床治疗及术后疗效。结果本组68例患者手术均取得成功,平均手术时间为(69±28)min,术中出血量少,均未输血,术后留置导尿管时间(42±14)h;68例患者中65例获得有效随访,随访3-6个月,术后1,3,6个月国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、生活质量指数(QOL)评分、最大尿流率(Qmax)及残余尿量测定(PRP)分别与术前相应指标比较均得到改善,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论应用1470nm半导体激光治疗良性前列腺增生,具有创伤小、安全性高、并发症少等优点,术后6个月有效率达100%,1470nm半导体激光是治疗良性前列腺增生的一种安全、有效的方法。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of 1470 nm diode laser in treating benign prostate hyperplasia(BPH).Methods A total of 68 patients with prostatic hyperplasia were treated by 1470 nm diode laser.The surgery safety and curative effect were observed.Results Operations were successful in all the68 cases,with an average operation time of(min),very little blood loss and no blood transfusion.The transurethral catheter indwelling time was(42±14)hours.A follow-up study was carried out for 65 of68 patients with3-6 months.There were significant changes in international prostate symptom score(IPSS),quality of life(QOL)score,maximum urine flow rate(Qmax),and post void residual(PVR)of 1,3,6 months after operation compared with which of preoperative respectively(P〈0.01).ConclusionsThe 1470 nm diode laser is a safe and effective method to treating benign prostatic hyperplasia with less damage and less complications,and the effective rate reaches 100% 6 months after operation.
