摘要
针对目前动平衡机测控系统难以同时满足人机交互友善和成本低廉的要求,提出一种基于"VGA工控板+单片机+显示器"结构的新颖动平衡机测控系统。讨论系统的硬件框架;基于相关分析的不平衡振动响应识别方法;基于ABC算法与试加重标定的转子不平衡综合解算方法;基于易显技术的上下位机数据通讯。用标准转子对开发成功的系统进行了动平衡实验,平衡效果好能满足实际转子动平衡需求。
One newmeasure-control system for dynamic balancing machine based on "VGA industrial control board + M CU + monitor"structure has been proposed to solve the problem that current machines can hardly meet the demand of friendly human-computer interaction and lowcost at the same time. In this paper,the hardware frame of system,the unbalance response identification method based on correlation analysis,the rotor unbalance comprehensive solution methodology based on ABC algorithm and trial weights calibration and the communication between upper computer and the lower computer based on easy displaying technology are discussed. The balancing experiment was conducted on standard rotor on the system developed,and the results showthe system can meet the actual needs of rotor balancing.
