摘要
装配线上高技能员工离岗,新员工不能直接替换上岗,将会导致装配线产能下降,甚至停产。为了保证装配线的正常运作,在充分考虑人力资源和空间等约束的前提下,建立了以最大化装配线产能和最小化人员成本为目标的装配线人员再分配模型,并设计了一种启发式算法进行求解。最后通过工程实例,验证了该方法的有效性。
The leaving high-skilled operators and the unqualified newoperators,make the assembly line decrease in production capacity,or even shut down. In this paper,the rebalancing problem concerns howto reassign assembly operators under the constraints of human resources and space,to make sure the assembly line operates normally. The objectives are to maximize the production of the assembly line and minimize the staff costs. A multi-objective heuristic algorithm is proposed to solve this problem. Eventually,the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by an engineering project.
