摘要
目的通过检测腹腔镜治疗子宫内膜异位症性不孕症术后子宫内膜Galectin-3蛋白表达变化,探讨手术治疗与子宫内膜容受性的关系。方法采用免疫组化法,检测子宫内膜异位症性不孕症腹腔镜治疗术后Galectin-3蛋白表达。按照研究对象入组标准,选择男方因素不孕症组52例,子宫内膜异位症性不孕症组54例,其中子宫内膜异位症Ⅰ~Ⅱ期组28例,子宫内膜异位症Ⅲ~Ⅳ期组26例。结果子宫内膜异位症性不孕症组Galectin-3蛋白表达低于男方不孕症组（P〈0.05）;腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜异位症不孕症术后,与术前比较Galectin-3蛋白表达升高（P〈0.05）;子宫内膜异位症Ⅰ~Ⅱ期组与Ⅲ~Ⅳ期组分别于术前、术后比较,Galectin-3蛋白表达差异无显著性（P〉0.05）。结论子宫内膜异位症性不孕症患者存在子宫内膜容受性下降,腹腔镜手术可通过上调Galectin-3蛋白表达改善子宫内膜容受性。
Objective To investigate the expression of galectin-3 in infertile women with endometriosis after laparoscopic surgery. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of galectin-3 proteinin in endometriosis-associated infertility after laparoscopic surgery. According to the research subjects,52 cases of healthy women with male factor infertility and 54 cases with endometriosis（ stageⅠ ~ Ⅱ 28 cases and stageⅢ ~ Ⅳ 26 cases） were analyzed. Results The expression of galectin-3 in endometriosis-associated infertility was significantly lower than those of healthy women with male factor infertility（ P〈0. 05）,while after laparoscopic surgery the expression was significantly higher than those before surgery（ P〈0. 05）. The expression of galectin-3 was not significantly different between different stages of endometriosis-associated infertility（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion Endometriosis may decrease endometrial receptivity. The upregulated expression of galectin-3 in the endometrium may be the reasons which lead to the improvement of endometrial receptivity in endometriosis-associated infertility after laparoscopic surgery.
