长角血蜱雌蜱不同发育时期唾液腺蛋白的组成分析 被引量:1

摘要 为阐明长角血蜱雌蜱唾液腺蛋白随发育期的变化规律,采用Bradford蛋白定量法和SDS-PAGE电泳对不同发育期唾液腺蛋白含量及成分变化进行研究.结果表明:雌蜱唾液腺的总蛋白含量随着发育期的不同而变化,饥饿期唾液腺蛋白含量最低,交配期蛋白含量达到峰值,此后蛋白含量持续下降.长角血蜱唾液腺的蛋白分子质量集中分布于32~97 k Da,其中97 k Da蛋白与唾液腺蛋白含量变化趋势一致. To illustrate the changes of salivary gland protein with developmental stages in female Haemaphysalis longicornis,the content and composition of salivary gland protein were studied by Bradford protein assay and SDS-PAGE. The results showed that the total protein content of salivary gland in female H. longicornis changed at different developmental stages. The protein content of salivary gland at unfed stage was the lowest,and it reached the peak at mated stage. Afterwards,the protein content decreased continually. The molecular weight mainly distributed in the range of 32 k Da to 97 k Da. The variation tendency of 97 k Da protein was consistent with total protein content of salivary gland.
