表调工艺参数对电镀锌板磷化膜微观形貌的影响 被引量:3

摘要 采用粉体钛盐作表调剂,对电镀锌板进行表面调整处理,研究表面调整工艺参数对电镀锌板磷化膜微观形貌的影响。结果表明,表调时间为3min、表调液浓度为3.5~6.0g/L、表调液温度低于30℃、表调液pH值为8.59~9.89并尽量缩短表调液存放时间,可使磷化膜晶粒尺寸控制在2~3μm,磷化膜在NaOH溶液中保持5min的失重小于0.4g/m2,所获电镀锌板磷化膜层均匀致密,耐碱蚀性强。 With powdered titanium salt as the surface adjustment agent,electrogalvanized steel sheet was surface conditioned,and effect of surface conditioning parameters on the micromorphology of phosphating film was studied.The results show that the optimal surface conditioning parameters are surface conditioning time at 3 min,concentration of surface adjustment agent at 3.5~6.0g/L,temperature of surface adjustment agent below 3 0 ℃,pH value of surface adjustment agent at 8.5 9~9.59,and the storing time of surface adjustment agent should be as short as possible.In this way,the grain size of phosphating film can be controlled between 2~3μm.After immersing in NaOH solution for 5min,the weight loss of phosphating film is less than 0.4g/m2.The obtained phosphating film on electrogalvanized steel sheet is homogeneous and compact with excellent alkaline corrosion resistance.
