摘要
本文以北京地区高校MBA专业学位为例,采用内容分析法系统地考察了MBA培养模式相关的公开文本材料,对"985"院校、"211"院校和一般院校在MBA培养模式各核心要素中体现出的共性与个性进行了梳理、分析与讨论。研究发现"985"院校的MBA培养模式具有较强的综合性、国际化和高水平的特点;"211"院校体现出了较强的行业导向、多样化和院校个性;一般院校则具有务实性和基础性的特点。论文的最后基于存在的共性问题与个性特点讨论了不同层次院校MBA培养模式的改进建议。
Using the content analysis method, this study systematically examines published textual material related to MBA education models at universities in Beijing. On this basis, universality and individuality arc discussed for three tiers of universities. The results indicate that MBA education at universities sponsored by Project 985 tends to be comprehensive, international, and developed; that at Project 211 universities tends to be industry-oriented, diversified, and individualized; that at the remai- ning tier of universities tends to be pragmatic and rudimentary. The paper ends with suggestions for improving and optimizing MBA education models.
