摘要
精细化管理是一种理念,一种文化。将精细化管理的理念运用到学生工作管理中来,有利于明确学生工作主体职责,提升学生工作质量,促进立德树人的实现。在立德树人视野下实施高校学生工作精细化管理,必须把握学生工作精细化管理的核心、方法、架构、保障等关键问题,并从学校、学院、辅导员三个层面探析学生工作精细化管理实施的路径。
Delicacy management is a kind of concept and culture. Delicacy management idea applied to student affairs management is beneficial for specifying main responsibilities of student affairs improving the quality of student affairs and promoting the realization of morality education. To actualize delicacy management of students affairs in colleges and universities from the perspective of morality education,we must grasp the key issues of the core,methods,framework and security of student affairs and on. This paper analyzes the implementation methods of delicacy management of student affairs from the levels of colleges,faculty and counselors.
