摘要
文章针对营船港专用航道下段提高航道维护标准的情况,综合分析了营船港专用航道下段的水文气象条件、航道条件,对大型船舶进出营船港专用道下段的主要通航安全风险做出了识别,提出了降低通航安全风险的对策。
In view of the raised standards for channel maintenance in the lower section of Yingchuangang channel, this article analyzes its hydrological and meteorological conditions as well as channel conditions, identifies the major navigation risks for large vessels, as well as puts forward the countermeasures to reduce the navigation risks.
