摘要
为解决高温条件下沥青路面车辙问题,采用SBS复合改性沥青,在分析改性机理的基础上,通过室内试验分别对沥青针入度、延度、软化点进行研究,最终确定复合改性剂中SBS最佳掺量为4.5%,改良的PE粒化物为5.5%;并通过车辙试验对比SBS改性沥青混合料与SBS复合改性沥青混合料的高温稳定性能,结果表明SBS复合改性沥青混合料的高温性能较SBS改性沥青混合料提高近30%,改善作用明显。
To improve the rutting phenomenon at the condition of high temperature, the article proposed to use the SBS compound modified asphalt. Based on the analysis of the modification mechanism, the paper made researches on asphalt penetration, ductility, and softening point, and finally determined that the best content in SBS is 4.5% and the modified PE granulate is 5.5%. At the same time, the article compared the SBS modified asphalt mixture with SBS modified asphalt compound in high temperature stability by conducting the rutting performance test and the results showed that the temperature performance of SBS modified asphalt compound has improved about 30% when compared with SBS modified asphalt mixture.
