摘要
炮口制退器的侧孔倾角和挡板角度影响炮口制退器效率,以炮口制退器侧孔倾角及挡板角度为变量,分别取50°、60°、70°建立炮口制退器二维计算模型,并利用CFD技术对其分别进行二维非定常计算模拟。研究表明,炮口制退器效率随着挡板角度和侧孔倾角的增大而减小,并且挡板角度比侧孔倾角对效率影响的灵敏度大,即挡板角度较侧孔倾角对炮口制退器效率的影响作用更显著。
The back side hole inclination and baffle angle of muzzle brake is two factors affecting the system efficiency .So we take the back side hole inclination and baffle angle as variables ,to set up the two‐dimensional calculation models of muzzle brake in which the variables taking 50 ° ,60 ° ,70 ° respectively ,and complete the computational simulation by using the CFD technology .The results show that :with the increase of the back side hole inclination and baffle angle of brake ,the efficiency of muzzle system decreases ,and shield angle has greater influence on the muzzle properties than the side hole angle .
