摘要 介绍了井下湿式除尘器的结构组成和工作原理,建立了除尘器的三维几何模型并对其进行网格划分,利用Fluent软件将过滤装置等效于多孔介质域,对内部流场进行气—液—固三相数值模拟,得到了流场分布的各项参数,并讨论了在正常工况下除尘器的运行情况。 This paper firstly introduced the structure and working principle of underground dust collector ,and set up the three‐dimensional geometric model of the dust removal device ,then applied Fluent software to the numerical simulation of the internal flow field in gas‐liquid‐solid three phases .The various parameters of flow field distribution were obtained ,and the operation of the dust removal device under normal working condition is discussed .
