摘要
以某特种车驾驶室骨架结构为主要研究对象,针对其以低速通过崎岖不平路面时发生的扭转变形工况进行了静态分析,得到了驾驶室变形和应力分布结果。在动态分析中,首先对其进行模态分析,然后运用标准路面位移谱对其进行随机振动分析,并对结构的振动特性进行评价。
A special vehicle cab framework structure was taken as the main research object ,the deformation and stress distribution of the vehicle cab was analyzed under the torsion condition in which the vehicle was passing the uneven road .In the dynamic analysis , firstly ,modal analysis was carried out and then the random vibration response was calculated by inputting the standard of road spectrum and the vibration characteristics of the structure were evaluated .The above analyses have important guiding significance for the detailed design of the cab .
