摘要
本试验旨在研究发酵饲料对断奶仔猪肠血液部分指标的影响。将27头平均体重6.83 kg的28日龄断奶仔猪分为3个组。试验Ⅰ组(正对照组,含基础日粮)、试验Ⅱ组(负对照组,含基础日粮+20%的过夜水)、试验Ⅲ组(负对照组,含基础日粮+菌液+20%过夜水)。试验结果表明,水拌发酵组和菌液发酵组的中期Ⅲ组中Iga的含量分别比Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组提高了30.00%(P<0.05)、28.13%(P<0.05);后期Ⅲ组中Iga的含量分别比Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组提高了24.32%(P<0.05)、12.20%(P<0.05);中期各组间IgG的含量差异显著(P<0.05),后期组中IgG的含量分别比Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组提高了27.64%(P<0.05)、21.37%(P<0.05);组和组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。中期和后期各组间IgM的含量差异都不显著(P>0.05)。在中期Ⅲ组与Ⅰ组的溶菌酶含量差异显著(P<0.05),而Ⅲ组和Ⅱ组、Ⅱ组和Ⅰ组差异不显著(P>0.05);在后期,溶菌酶的含量Ⅲ组与Ⅱ组差异不显著(P>0.05),分别比Ⅰ组提高了24.95%(P<0.05)和23.21%(P<0.05)。中期各组间SOD的含量差异不显著(P>0.05);后期SOD的含量Ⅲ组分别比Ⅰ组合Ⅱ组提高了53.79%(P<0.05),25.35%(P>0.05);Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。发酵饲料可改善断奶仔猪血液部分免疫指标,有助于减少仔猪腹泻和增强仔猪对营养物质的消化吸收能力。
This experiment was to study fermented feed of weaning piglets intestinal blood part indicators. 27 head average weight 6.83 kg of 28 days of age weaning piglets is divided into three processing. Test group Ⅰ(positive control group, including basic diet), test Ⅱ group(negative control group, including basal diet + 20% overnight water), test Ⅲ group(negative control group, including basic diet +bacteria liquid+20% overnight water). Experimental results show that water mixed bacteria fermentation and liquid fermentation of medium-term Ⅲ group content of IgA in 30.00% higher than that of Ⅰ, Ⅱ group respectively(P〈0. 05) and 28.13%(P〈0.05); Content of IgA in the late Ⅲ group than Ⅰ, Ⅱ group increased by 24.32%(P〈0.05) and 12.20%(P〈0.05); Medium-term IgG levels significant difference between groups(P〈0. 05), the late Ⅲ IgG levels of 27.64% higher than that of Ⅰ, Ⅱ group respectively(P〈0. 05) and 21.37%(P〈0.05); Ⅰ group and Ⅱ no significant difference between groups(P〈0. 05). Middle and late IgM content were not significant difference between groups(P〈0. 05). In the medium term Ⅲ and Ⅰ group of lysozyme content significant difference(P〈0. 05), while Ⅲ and Ⅱ group, Ⅱ and Ⅰ group no significant difference(P〈0. 05). In the later, the content of lysozyme Ⅲ and Ⅱ group no significant difference(P〉0.05), and 24.95% higher than that of Ⅰ group respectively(P〈0. 05) and 23.21% (P〈0. 05). Medium-term SOD content differences between groups was not significant(P〉0. 05). Post the content of SOD Ⅲ group was 53.79% higher than that of Ⅰ combination Ⅱ group respectively(P〈0. 05) and 25.35% (P〉0. 05); Ⅱ group and Ⅲ no significant difference between groups(P〉0. 05). Fermented feed can improve weaned piglets part blood immune index, help reduce diarrhea piglets and enhance piglets to the digestion and absorption of the ability.
