摘要
目的探讨血栓弹力图标本在不同时间段和不同的保存环境里各参数的差异,以保证检验的准确性。方法选取常规做普通TEG的患者60例,甲组为抽血后立即将血放入高岭土小瓶内进行检测,乙组为将血放入高岭土小瓶内2 h后进行检测,丙组为抽血后2 h再将血放入高岭土小瓶内进行检测。结果甲组与乙组比较:R值、K值明显延长,Angle角及MA值明显缩短,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。甲组与丙组比较:R值、K值、Angle角及MA值变化并不明显,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论将血液标本放置在高岭土小瓶内之后再检测会对血栓弹力图各参数造成影响,因此不能将血液在高岭土小瓶中放置过长时间;抽血后在常温下保持2 h后再进行检测,血栓弹力图各项指标相对比较稳定,对结果的影响不大。
Objective To explore the differences among the parameters of thrombelastogram samples after different preservation time and under different preservation environments, so as to ensure the accuracy of the test. Methods Sixty patients who had undergone normal TEG were selected. In group A, their blood was injected into the Kaolin vials for test immediately after hemospasia. In group B, after hemospasia, their blood was injected into the Kaolin vials and preserved for 2 h before test. In group C, their blood was injected into the Kaolin vials 2 h after hemospasia. Results Compared with group B, the R value and K value of group A were significantly prolonged, while the Angle and MA value were significantly shortened, therefore, the differ- ences had statistical significance(P 〈 0.05 ). The comparison between group A and group C showed that the R value, K value, Angle and MA value had no significant change, and the differences were statistically significant(P 〉0.05). Conclusion It has in- fluences on the parameters of thrombelastogram samples to preserve them in Kaolin vials before test. Therefore, the blood should not be preserved in Kaolin vials too long; the parameters of thrombelastogram samples will be relatively stable and the results will be less influenced if they are tested after 2 h with the preservation under normal temperatures after hemospasia.
