摘要
纳米颗粒和蛋白分子的相互作用及其生物学效应是当今纳米生物领域的研究热点之一,对于正确评估纳米安全性,指导纳米颗粒的生物学应用具有重要意义.本文首先介绍了纳米颗粒和蛋白分子之间的相互作用,在总结国内外相关文献和课题组工作的基础上,重点阐述了纳米颗粒-蛋白冠对蛋白分子的结构和功能、纳米颗粒的生物相容性及细胞摄取等的影响,指出在进一步的工作中,应注重研究纳米颗粒-蛋白冠对某一具体生物学过程的影响,为设计具有不同生物学应用的纳米颗粒-蛋白冠提供基础.
The interactions of nanoparticles with proteins and their bioeffects are one of the hotspots in nanobiology. A deep understanding of these processes is crucial for better assessing the nanosafety issues and guiding the application-based nanoparticle-protein design. This paper first introduces the interations of nanoparticles with proteins. Then it focuses on summarizing the main progress of bioeffects of nanoparticle-protein corona such as the effect on the structure and function of proteins, biocompatibility and cellular uptake of nanopaticles, including our own efforts. It is pointed out that in further studies, a specific biological process induced by nanoparticle-protein corona should be addressed, which guides the design of various kinds of funtional nanoparticle-protein coronas.
