摘要
目的应用挑战性-障碍性压力源问卷探讨我国当前医疗体制下医护工作人员的挑战性-障碍性压力的现状,并分析医护人员挑战性-障碍性压力在不同性别、年龄、婚姻状况、岗位类别、教育程度以及工作年限等变量上的个体差异。方法采用随机抽样方法和挑战性-障碍性压力源问卷调查方法,对河南省若干医院的207名医护人员进行调查,采用描述统计、因素分析、独立样本t检验、单因素方差分析、相关分析和回归分析等多种统计方法。结果男性医护人员在挑战性压力(t=4.111,P〈0.001)和障碍性压力(t=2.829,P〈0.01)维度上均显著高于女性;工作年限长的医护人员挑战性压力(F=5.581,P〈0.01)和障碍性压力(F=1.586,P〈0.10)均高于工作年限短的医护人员。〈20岁、21-25岁年龄段的医护人员挑战性压力均较较年长的医护人员低。已婚的医护人员的挑战性压力高于未婚组。结论挑战性-障碍性压力源量表中文版在我国医护人员中的应用表现出了良好的信度和效度,性别、工作年限、年龄、婚姻状况可以影响医护人员挑战性压力的大小,而障碍性压力的大小只受性别、工作年限影响。
Objective To investigate the status of challenge-hindrance stress among medical staff by questionnaire,and analyze the individual differences of challenge-hindrance stress among medical staff with different gender,age,marital status,job category,education level and work experience and other variables. Methods Two hundrad and seven medical staff of several hospitals in Henan province were investigated by random sampling method and challenge-hindrance stress questionnaire. And a variety of statistical methods were used,including descriptive statistics,factor analysis,independent samples t test,variance analysis of single factor,correlation analysis,regression analysis and so on. Results Male medical personnel in both the challenge stress( t = 4. 111,P〈0. 001) and hindrance stress( t = 2. 829,P〈0. 01) dimension were significantly higher than female. The people who had worked for long time were markedly higher in the challenge stress( F = 5. 58,P〈0. 01) and hindrance stress( F = 1. 586,P〈0. 10) dimension than those who had worked for short time. The young people who were under the age of 20 and 21- 25 years old had significantly lighter challenge stress than the relatively older staff,while the unmarried staff had significantly lighter challenge stress than the married medical staff. Conclusion The challenge-hindrance stress scale shows a good reliability and validity among our medical staff. The size of challenge stress among medical staff might be influenced by sex,working time,age and marital status might,while the size of hindrance stress among medical staff might be influenced only by sex and working time.
