摘要
液力变矩器流场是液力机械变速装置内的核心研究对象,为设计出性能更加优良的液力变矩器,本文分析国内外诸多研究现状,对液力变矩器发展历程、现代设计理论主要特点、流场试验研究、数值模拟研究以及未来发展趋势等进行较为全面的阐述与总结,同时综合前人研究成果,重点对液力变矩器在大型农业机械上已有的应用作概述,并且展望其更广泛的应用前景,为以后进一步研究提供必要的理论支撑。
Internal flow field of hydrodynamic torque converter is the core research object of hydraulic transmission device.In order to design the hydrodynamic torque converter with more excellent performance,the present situation at home and abroad were analyzed,and a more comprehensive exposition and summary of the torque converter development process,main characteristics of modern design theory,flow field's experimental study and numerical simulation and development trend and so on were made.At the same time,it forecasted the prospect of hydrodynamic torque converter's application on agricultural machinery based on previous research results,which provides a necessary theoretical support for the further study in the future.
