摘要
介绍了抚顺式干馏炉的结构特点,并针对现有干馏炉的生产运行特点,分析了影响采油率的原因,提出了提高采油率和扩大生产能力的思路与方法,对优化干馏炉炉型和调整回收工艺,以及诊断和确定影响油收率的主要原因,特别是实现增产增效具有指导意义。
This paper introduces the structure features of Fushun type gas retort. Factors influencing the oil recovery are analyzed based on the running features of the existing gas retort. Measures to improve the oil recovery and production capacity are proposed,which has great significance to optimize the retort type and adjust oil recovery process,diagnose and confirm the main factors influencing the oil recovery,and especially improve the production output and efficiency.
