摘要
以拓展学生的实验教学平台为目的,应用三菱Q系列PLC分别设计过程控制系统的PID控制器以及自适应PID控制器,实现二阶水槽的液位控制。通过应用三菱PX-Developer开发工具实现PID控制器和自适应PID控制器的编程、运行以及在线调试。根据所得过渡过程曲线,对比两种控制策略的控制性能,阐述教学实践环节的应用,使学生理解控制器参数的意义。结果得以证明所应用的自适应PID控制策略的优越性,为培养学生的自主创新能力奠定了基础。
For the purpose of expanding the teaching practice platform,we designed the controller which is based on the MITSUBISHI Q series PLC to control the level of second order sink. We made a PID controller and adaptive PID controller by using the MITSUBISHI PX- Developer software which has the function of programming,operation and online debugging. According to the transition graphs,we made a comparison of the control performances of these two control schemes. According to the control performances,students can comprehend the meaning of the controllers' parameters. On the basis of the data,the superiority of the adaptive control has been proved. We can apply this strategy to the teaching practice to develop the independent innovation of the students.
