摘要
采用拉伸、冲击实验和硬度测试研究了回火温度对含氮不锈钢力学性能的影响;通过光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜研究了回火后不锈钢的组织变化。结果表明:回火后,析出相有效地提高了钢的强度和硬度;高于550℃回火后,试验钢的硬度显著降低,出现回火软化现象;氮的加入减小了碳化物的尺寸并改善了碳化物的形态和分布,使试验钢的力学性能有大幅改善,满足了轴承钢的使用需求。
Effect of tempering temperature on mechanical properties of nitrogen contained stainless steel 30Cr15MoVN was evaluated by the tensile, impact and hardness tests. The microstructure of steel after tempering was investigated by means of optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results showed that the precipitates effectively enhanced the steel strength after tempering. The hardness of the steel decreased significantly when tempering at the temperature above 550℃. The nitrogen added into the steel decreased the carbides size and improved the shape and distribution, leading to substantial improvement of the mechanical properties of the steel, therefore, to meet the demands for the bearing steels.
