摘要
目的 :主要解决当患者某项或某类检验检查结果出现异常,可能处在生命危险的边缘状态时,如何通过信息技术手段第一时间将网络信道中的检验检查危急值报告给医生,为其诊断和治疗提供可靠依据的问题。方法:以网络、政策文件等文献为基础,结合医务对危急值管理要求,参照软件开发流程图,优化业务工作流程,设计一套移动版的医技危急值管理系统,第一时间将确认的危急值发送到主治医生的智能手机上。结果:该系统的应用为危急值的管理提供了信息化手段,缩短了危急值处理时间,同时降低了检验检查科室危急值管理压力。结论:该系统可满足医院管理和临床医生对危急值的管理要求,提高了救治效率和医疗工作效率。
Objective To inform the doctor medical urgent values in case of abnormal results in clinical laboratory examination to facilitate the following diagnosis and treatment. Methods A mobile medical urgent values information management system was designed based on literature inquiry, software development and optimized operation flow so as to send medical urgent values to the smart phone of the doctor. Results The system realized informatized medical urgent values management and shortened the time required for urgent value procession. Conclusion The system may meet the requirements of hospital and doctor for medical urgent medical values.
