轧辊锥形缺陷对板形影响模型及其治理技术 被引量:1

摘要 针对普通四辊轧机因磨削不良而造成的轧辊呈现锥形缺陷而影响成品带钢板形精度的问题,充分考虑到四辊轧机设备与工艺特点,建立了一套适合于四辊轧机轧辊锥形缺陷对板形的影响模型及其治理技术,并以某1420冷连轧机组为研究对象,定量分析了不同情况下轧辊锥形缺陷对板形的影响及其治理效果。结果表明,轧辊锥形缺陷所带来的附加板形均为单边浪,通过优化倾辊量可有效治理轧辊锥形缺陷引起的附加浪形,为企业板形的高精度控制提供了参考依据。 For ordinary four-roll mill,the tapered roller defects caused by poor grinding affect the finished strip shape accuracy,thus fully considering the characteristics of four-roll mills,a suitable model and control technology were established for four-rolling mill.Taking a 1420 cold rolling unit as case,the quantitative analysis of the effects of tapered roller defect on strip shape under different situations was conducted.The results show that the additional strip shape caused by the tapered roller defects is unilateral waves,and the additional wave-shaped defects can be prevented by optimizing the amount of tilt settings,which provides a useful reference on high-precision control of strip shape in practice.
