摘要
以宏大矿业的超贫钒钛磁铁矿石为研究对象,进行粗粒湿式预选抛尾工艺研究和预选粗精矿磨选工艺研究,在磨矿前大幅度抛出粗粒合格尾矿。通过研究,确定了适合生产现场应用的粉矿预选工艺,在确保选矿金属回收率不降低的前提下,提高入磨矿石品位1%~3%,为宏大矿业选矿工艺流程改造提供技术依据。
With ultra lean vanadium - titanium magnetite of Hongda Mineral as research object, it is researched the coarse grain wet preconcentration tailings discarding process and preconcentrating coarse concen- trate grinding process to discard qualified coarse tailings before grinding. Through research the ore fines preconcentration process is determined. With this process, in the condition of not reducing metal recovery rate, the ore grade for grinding is raised by 1 to 3 percent, and a technical reference is offered for the mineral dressing process reformation of Hongda Mineral.
