摘要
目的探讨糠酸莫米松乳膏联合卡泊三醇软膏治疗慢性湿疹或神经性皮炎的疗效。方法选取84例慢性湿疹或神经性皮炎的患者，随机分为观察组44例和对照组40例，对照组糠酸莫米松乳膏外涂，观察组糠酸莫米松乳膏和卡泊三醇软膏按1：1比例外涂。观察2组临床疗效及不良反应的情况。结果观察组总有效率为93．2％高于对照组的77．5％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组不良反应发生率为20．5％低于对照组的47．5％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论糠酸莫米松乳膏联合卡泊三醇软膏治疗慢性湿疹或神经性皮炎的疗效优于单用糠酸莫米松乳膏，且不良反应降低。
calcipotriol ointment Objective To investigate the effect of mometasone furoate cream combined with in treatment of chronic eczema and neurodermatitis. Methods A total of 84 pa- tients with chronic eczema or neurodermatitis were assigned to observation group （n = 44） and control group （ n = 40）. The control group was give mometasone furoate cream and the observation group was give mometasone furoate cream combined with calcipotriol ointment. The clinical effect and adverse re- action were observed and compared between two groups. Results The overall effective rate was 93.2% in observation group and was 77.5% in control group, with a significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The incidence of adverse reaction in observation was lower than that in control group （20.5 % vs. 47.5%, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Mometasone furoate cream combined with calcipotriol ointment is more effective and safe in treatment of chronic eczema and neurodermatitis.
