摘要
摘耍：目的探讨PDCA管理模式在产科护理质量改进中的应用。方法选取2013年6月—2014年5月收治的48例产妇为观察组，2012年6月—2013年5月收治的48例产妇为对照组。2013年6月—2014年5月期间实施了PDCA管理。观察2组护理满意度。结果观察组护理总满意度为95．83％高于对照组的83．33％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论PDCA管理用于产科护理中，可提高护理满意度，改善护理质量。
Objective To discuss the PDCA cycle management model in improvement of quality of obstetric care. Methods A total of 48 puerperae between Jun. 2013 and May. 2014 were set as observation group with PDCA cycle management. Another 48 puerperae between Jun. 2012 and May. 2013 were set as control group without PDCA cycle management. A comparison was made on sat- isfaction rate between groups. Results The satisfaction rate was 95.83% in observation group and 83.33% in control group, with a significant difference （P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion PDCA cycle man- agement model can improve the quality of obstetric care.
