摘要
目的:探讨建立静脉用药配置中心( PIVAS)对护理人力资源配置及输液质量安全的影响,为患者提供安全、有效的静脉输液成品,确保输液安全。方法建立PIVAS管理模式,采用专业化的岗位职责体系、细化处方审核和药品管理、控制药品配制关键环节、建立科学的质控体系等措施。收集建立PIVAS前后静脉用药配制效率及各环节消耗工时,及不合理处方、静脉输液药物不良反应及药物配制缺陷情况,采用SPSS 17.0统计学软件进行分析。结果 PIVAS开展后,静脉药物配制各环节日均消耗工时为(120.6±6.8)min,开展前为(353.7±32.1)min,差异有统计学意义(t=25.806,P〈0.01)。开展PIVAS后,观察组发生药物不良反应患者数、不合理处方数及配制错误数均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 PIVAS的应用,有利于医院护理与药学的人力资源优化配置,提高输液质量安全,值得临床广泛推广和应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of pharmacy intravenous admixture services ( PIVAS) on human resource prioritized allocation and quality and safety of transfusion. Methods By building the standard professional position responsibility, prescription verification and medication management, control drug dispensing key link and so on, we established the PIVAS management system. The SPSS 17. 0 software was applied to do the statistical analysis. Results After the intervention, the working time was ( 120. 6 ± 6. 8 ) min, which was significantly lower than (353. 7 ± 32. 1) min before the intervention (t = 25.806,P 〈 0. 01). After the intervention, the incidences of adverse event of medication, unreasonable prescription and wrong compound were significantly lower than those before the intervention (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusions Establishment of PIVAS facilitated the human resource prioritized allocation of nursing and pharmacy staff. It can promote the safety of transfusion quality and worthy of wider promotion and application.
