摘要
目的：减少静脉用药调配中心差错发生，保证临床用药安全。方法：对该院静脉用药调配中l心各个工作环节可能出现的差错进行分析，并提出防范措施。结果：显著降低了静脉用药调配中心内差和出门差错的发生。结论：通过分析差错发生原因并做出相应的防范措施，降低了错误率，从而保证了临床用药的安全有效．
Objective The aim was to decrease errors in PIVAS, and ensure the safety of clinical medication. Method The possible errors were analysisd to each operation link of our hospital PIVAS, and came up with responsive measures. Results The Method significantly reduced mistakes of internal and external of PIVAS. Conclusion through analysisillg the reasons of errors and making the corresponding precautionary measures, we reduce the error rate, thus ensuring the safe and effective of clinical application.
