摘要
目的:对细节护理在护理管理中的应用及效果进行分析,探讨细节护理的价值。方法:将我院2012年6月--2013年5月与2013年6月--2014年5月两个时间段内各护理单元作为研究对象,2013年6月-2014年5月时间段内实施细节护理,对实施细节护理前后的基础护理、病房管理、护理文书书写、健康教育以及患者满意度评分进行比较。结果:实施细节护理后,基础护理、病房管理、健康教育、护理文书书写以及患者满意度评分较实施细节护理前显著上升。结论:在临床护理管理I作中实施细节护理,可以使护理质量得到大幅度提升,提高患者对护理工作的满意度,值得推广。
Objective: to detail care in nursing management in the application and effect analysis, to explore the value of nursing details. Methods : our hospital on June 6, 2012 - May 2013 and June 2013 - May 2014 two period each nursing unit as the research object, on June 6, 2013 - May 2014 period nursing implementation detail, on the basis of the im- plementation details before and after nursing care, ward management, nursing documents writing, health education and patient satisfaction scores were compared. Results: the implemen- tation details after nursing, basic nursing, ward management, health education, nursing documents writing and patient satisfaction scores more details before treatment. Conclusions: in clinical nursing implementation details in the management of nursing, can significantly enhance nursing quality and improve patients satisfaction of nursing work, is worth promoting.
