摘要
目的：探讨强化管理干预方案对慢性心衰患者预后及依从性的影响。方法：运用随机抽样的方法选取我院2013年1月至2014年9月收治的80例慢性心衰患者．依据管理方法将这些患者分为研究组（n=40）和对照组（n=40）。对照组患者常规管理干预方案管理，给予研究组患者强化管理干预方案管理，然后对两组患者的预后厦依从性进行统计分析。结果：研究组患者的心血管事件发生率35．00％（14／40）显著低于对照组5250％（21／40）（P〈0.05），体力、社会、情绪、症状得分均显著低于对照组（P〈0．05），依从性95．00％（38／40）显著高于对照组65．00％（26／40）（P〈0.05）。结论：强化管理干预方案能够有效改善慢性心衰患者预后，提高其依从性。
Objective To investigate the impact of strengthen management intervention program on prognosis and compliance of patients with chronic heart failure. Methods 80 cases of patients with chronic heart failure who were treated in our hospital from January 2013 to September 2014 were selected by random sampling method, they were divided into study group （n = 40） and control group （n = 40） according to management methods. The control group were given routine intervention program management, while the study group were given intervention program management, and then the prognosis and compliance of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The incidence of cardiovascular events of the study group 35.00% （14/40） was significantly lower than the control group 52. 50% （21/40） （P 〈 0. 05 ）, the physical, social, emotional, symptom scores were significantly lower（ P 〈 0. 05）, the compliance 95.00% （38/40） was significantly higher than the control group 65.00% （26/40） （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusions： Strengthen management intervention program can improve the prognosis and improve their compliance of patients with chronic heart failure.
