摘要
学科建设是地方高校保持可持续发展活力的关键。在教育生态学视野中,地方高校学科系统的发展是一个生成的过程,应该秉持整体化发展和以人为本的价值取向。高水平的学科系统不可能自然形成,而是一个长期发展的结果。因而,当下地方高校学科建设策略的选择,应遵循教育生态学的平衡观、联系观和动态观的要求。采取多种策略,调动学科建设主体的积极性,促进学科系统的多样化发展,建立有序的学科竞争与共生机制,以期实现高校学科系统的优化。
Discipline construction is the key to keep the sustainable development of local universities.In the view of education ecology,the discipline development of local universities is a generated process,and it should adhere to the principle of integration development and reflect the orientation of people-centered values.It is impossible to form a high level of discipline system naturally,but is a result of long-term development.Therefore,the choice of discipline construction in local universities should follow the education ecological requirements in equilibrium,connection and dynamic view.Meanwhile,in order to realize the optimization of the discipline system,the local universities should take a variety of strategies to arouse the enthusiasm of the main body of the discipline construction,promote diversified development of the discipline system and build an orderly mechanism of competition and mutua symbiosis.
