摘要
目的:探讨健康人群糖化血红蛋白水平及其与年龄的相关性,为糖尿病的早期诊治提供参考依据。方法:收集2013年7月至2014年7月于我院进行体检的380例健康人群资料,按照不同的年龄段分为〈20岁组(80例)、20~40岁组(100例)、41~60岁组(100例)和〉60岁组(100例),对4组健康人群的空腹血糖、口服葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT)后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白进行检测与对比,并对不同年龄与糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、OGTT后2 h血糖等进行Pearson相关性分析。结果:不同年龄组的平均糖化血红蛋白水平、OGTT后2 h血糖水平对比,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05),且随着年龄的增长,糖化血红蛋白水平、空腹血糖水平及OGTT后2 h血糖水平均呈升高趋势;年龄与糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、OGTT后2 h血糖等均呈显著正相关关系(P〈0.05),糖化血红蛋白水平的参考区间为5.46%±0.68%。结论:健康人群的糖化血红蛋白水平与年龄存在一定的相关性,且随着年龄的增长而升高,应加强老年人群糖化血红蛋白水平的监测。
Objective: To discuss the correlation of glycated hemoglobin levels and the ages,and to provide reference basis for early diagnosis and treatment of diabetes. Methods: 380 cases of healthy physical examination from July 2013 to July 2014 in our hospital were analyzed. According to different ages they were divided into 〈20 years old group( 80 cases),aged 20- 40 years old group( 100 cases),from 41 to 〉60 years old group( 100cases), 60 years old group( 100 cases). Fasting plasma glucose,oral glucosetolerance test( OGTT) after 2 h blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of healthy people of four groups were detected and compared,and the glycosylated hemoglobin and age,fasting blood glucose,after OGTT 2 h underwent blood glucose of Pearson correlation analysis. Results: Average blood glucose level of different age groups and 2 h after OGTT of glycated hemoglobin level were compared,the difference had statistical significance( P〈0. 05),with the age increasing,the level of glycosylated hemoglobin,fasting blood glucose levels and blood glucose levels after OGTT 2 h increased; glycosylated hemoglobin and age,fasting blood glucose,blood glucose after OGTT 2 h showed a significant positive correlation( P〈0. 05),the level of glycosylated hemoglobin reference interval was 5. 46% ±0. 68%. Conclusion: Glycated hemoglobin levels in healthy people increase along with the increase of age.Monitoring glycated hemoglobin level of old people should be strengthened.
