摘要 本文通过回顾我国绿色建筑的发展历程,指出绿色建筑发展的问题,然后从全周期理念和人居环境视角对绿色建筑进行了全新的解读,提出了绿色建筑发展的新方向。其次,文章强调了绿色建筑设计的重要性,提出了全周期绿色建筑整合设计的方法,引入了循证设计、性能化设计和BIM等理念和技术。除此之外,文章还突出了增量成本评估对绿色建筑设计方案筛选的重要性,提出了基于神经网络的绿色建筑增量成本评估模型。 The paper reviews the development history of green buildings and explores the current problems. Then, it proposes a new interpretation of green building according to the whole life cycle principle and human living environment views, and thus indicates the development direction of green buildings. Secondly, the importance of green building design is emphasized and an integrated design methodology of green building is stated which includes the application of evidence-based design, performance-based design and BIM. Finally, it discusses the significance of the evaluation of incremental cost of green building design cases and puts forwards an evaluation model of incremental costs based on neural networks.
