血清降钙素原与常用炎症检验指标结合SOFA评分用于早期诊断脓毒症及预后判断的效果评价 被引量：3

摘要 脓毒症是指由感染引起的全身炎症反应综合征，近几年来在我国的发病率高，死亡率也比较高。脓毒症的早期诊断对于疾病的治疗和预后非常重要，可以有效的降低死亡率。近年来，许多研究者发现血清PCT在脓毒症早期诊断和预后判断中有一定的临床价值。据此我院结合自身脓毒症患者研究了血清PCT与常用炎症检验指标结合SOFA评分用于早期诊断脓毒症及预后判断的效果，现报告如下。
