摘要
根据页岩气"井工厂"的开发模式要求,结合页岩气地理环境和钻井特点,研制了钻机步进式移运装置。该装置采用电液同步控制技术,利用顶升油缸和平移小车等部件实现模块钻机在带满立根状态下的纵向、横向及斜向的覆盖井场全方位移动。现场应用结果表明,钻机应用步进式移运装置在28#平台累计进行井间移运14次,平均单次移运时间为65 min,最大移运质量达到680 t,装置的各项性能满足设计要求,实现了预期的全方位移运,移运准确性及同步性均满足用户要求,有效缩短了钻井作业周期。该装置的成功研制对于实施井工厂钻井和加快页岩气示范区建设具有重大推动作用。
To meet the requirement of shale gas“well factory” development model requirements, a rig walk?ing system is developed considering the shale gas development geographical environment and drilling characteris?tics?The system allows for full direction movement with full drill pipe stand by using mechanisms like jack?up oil cylinders and translation parts?The rig walking system has been applied at the 28# platform for 14 times, with an average single operation time of 65 min and the maximum translation weight of 680 t?The system meets the design requirements in all performances and achieves the expected full direction translation, which has effectively reduced the rig time with customer required accuracy and synchronization?Successful development of the device plays a great role in promoting the implementation of well factory drilling and shale gas development demonstration area.
