改良唇挡在单侧完全性唇腭裂患者上颌不对称扩弓矫治中的临床应用

摘要 Laspos等[1]的研究表明,单侧完全性唇腭裂（unilateral complete cleft lip and palate,UCLP）患者,上颌骨表现出明显的双侧牙弓不对称,即牙槽突裂远中段塌陷严重,这种不对称性随着生长发育逐渐加重。唇腭裂患者的上颌牙弓的狭窄前部更为显著,牙弓后段受到的影响较小,甚至第一磨牙间的宽度还会略大。
