摘要
对西部地区电子信息产业薪酬管理进行产业间纵向与产业内横向对比研究发现:技能人才平均薪酬水平较高,但人才依然紧缺;人才薪酬满意度呈"双低"现象;横向比较结果表明,专业技术人才薪酬提升需求紧迫,流失阈限值较低;薪酬是调动人才工作积极性的首要因素,而现实的薪酬激励效果有待提升。应根据电子信息产业中新生代人才特征,实行规范化且人性化的薪酬管理;建立健全激励性薪酬制度,增强薪酬激励效果;合理评估岗位价值,建立科学合理的薪酬标准。
With the rapid integration development of electronic information industry, intra-pay administration issues have become increasingly prominent, and it becomes a bottleneck impeding the upgrading of industrial structure, technological innovation. This study take Chongqing as the representative of the electronic information industry in the Western region industry, compare salary management between longitudinal and transverse within the industry. The study found that: skilled personnel with higher average salary, but talent remains in short supply; phenomenon of pay satisfaction is "double low"; compare results showed that professional and technical personnel pay demand to rise urgently, drain low threshold limit value. Compensation is the primary factor mobilize the enthusiasm of talent, while the real incentive have to be upgraded to solve the above four questions, the paper putted forward suggestions.
