摘要
目的 :探索建立社区糖尿病运动干预科学、有效、可行、可持续的模式。方法 :在社区管理的糖尿病患者中根据自愿原则,排除不宜运动因素,将符合标准的糖尿病病人纳入运动干预小组,采用"1-3-1"的运动频度和"1+2+1"小组管理模式,在1个试点基础上逐步扩大到整个社区18个干预点245名糖尿病患者。结果 :此模式干预后,糖尿病患者空腹血糖达标率显著提升,平均每增加1年运动干预,空腹血糖达标率上升0.14%(P<0.05)。结论 :"1+2+1"和"1-3-1"运动干预模式有效地提升了糖尿病患者空腹血糖的达标率,其形式受到糖尿病患者的欢迎,值得在社区糖尿病管理中推广。
Objective: To explore the establishment of a scientific, effective, feasible and sustainable mode of the diabetes exercise intervention in the community. Methods: With the principle of voluntariness and exclusion of the unfavorable factors, the diabetes patients in the community management who met the standards were put into an exercise intervention group. The intervention mode adopted the exercise frequency of "1-3-1" and the team management of "1+2+1". A single pilot expanded to 18 intervention pilots with 245 diabetes patients gradually in the whole community. Results: Under this intervention mode, the rate of reaching the fasting blood glucose standard among the diabetes patients rose significantly. On the average, if the diabetes patient increased one year exercise, the rate of reaching the fasting blood glucose standard increased 0.14%,(P〈0.05). Conclusion: The exercise intervention mode of "1+2+1" and "1-3-1" can effectively enhance the rate of reaching the fasting blood glucose standard and its form of the exercise is welcome by the diabetes, which is worth further popularization.
