摘要
采用赤霉素(GA3)、6-苄基腺嘌呤(6-BA)、萘乙酸(NAA)3种植物生长调节剂处理鼠尾草种子,研究各生长调节剂对鼠尾草种子发芽的影响。结果表明,适宜浓度GA3和6-BA处理可促进种子发芽,但NAA处理则减缓种子发芽。以500 mg/L GA3处理的种子发芽率、发芽势和活力指数最高,200 mg/L NAA处理的种子发芽率、发芽势和活力指数最低。
The effects of different growth regulators on sage seed germination were studied with the seeds treated by 3 kinds of plant growth regulator of GA3(gibberellin), 6-BA(6- benzyl adenine) and NAA(NAA). The results showed that suitable concentrations of GA3 and 6-BA can promote the seed to germinate, however the NAA can retard the seed to gemerate. The germination rate, germination potential and vigor index were the highest when seeds were treated with 500 mg/L GA3, and these were the lowest when seeds were treated with 200 mg/L NAA.
