摘要 提供一种脲甲醛缓释肥的制备方法,以解决在脲甲醛缓释肥制备过程中,采用旋转闪蒸干燥机对脲甲醛缓释肥进行干燥时,由于脲甲醛有一定粘稠性,且水分含量过高,旋转闪蒸搅拌粉粹时容易结块,容易造成设备堵塞,使干燥工序难以进行而存在的不足。 This paper provides a method for preparing urea formaldehyde slow release fertilizer, urea formaldehyde slow release fertilizer in order to solve the problems in the preparation process, use of spin flash dryer of urea formaldehyde slow release fertilizer when drying, because urea formaldehydehas certain viscosity, and the moisture content is too high, the revolving flashmixing powder Cui is easy to agglomerate. Easy to cause the blocking of the equipment, the drying process is diffieult to lack of existence.
