摘要
介绍了在偏光片斜角裁切设备的研制中,如何实现大跨度偏光片精确的旋转角度并裁切的过程。通过采用高刚性交叉滚柱轴环和滚动轴承以及电机、导轨、丝杠组合结构设计了角度旋转机构,利用编码器、PLC控制角度旋转和角度显示,通过刹车系统控制角度旋转的到位停止,保证了角度旋转的精度,同时保证了偏光片角度裁切精度。机械抗变形工艺设计和电液联合控制系统以及合理的同步工艺设计,保证了大跨度偏光片的精确裁切。
Mainly introduces the research of polarizer angle cutting equipment in the process,how to realize the large span polarizer rotation angle and the cutting precision. Through the use of high rigid cross roller collar and rolling bearing and motor,screw,rail structure design of angle rotating mechanism,the encoder,PLC control rotation angle and angle,the angle of rotation of the brake control system in place to stop,the angle of rotation accuracy,but also ensure the polarizer angle cutting accuracy. Mechanical deformation process design and the electrical and hydraulic control system and the synchronization process design is reasonable,to ensure accurate cutting of large span of the polarizer.
