基于灰色关联法的裂缝导流能力影响因素分析 被引量:13

摘要 通过室内裂缝导流能力实验,评价压裂液残渣、纤维质量分数、支撑剂嵌入以及铺砂浓度对裂缝导流能力的影响,并采用正交试验和灰色关联分析法研究各参数对导流能力的影响程度。结果表明:铺砂浓度从6 kg/m2依次增加到8 kg/m2、10 kg/m2时裂缝导流能力增幅分别为50%、25%;压裂液残渣对裂缝导流能力的伤害率在30%以上,而且胍胶质量分数每增加0.1%导流能力下降20%;对于实验所用岩心,支撑剂嵌入使导流能力下降了8.8%;纤维的加入会降低导流能力,质量分数每增加0.1%导流能力大致降低3%;各参数对导流能力影响程度由大到小依次为铺砂浓度、胍胶质量分数、纤维质量分数、闭合压力。 The effects of fracturing fluid residue,fiber,embedded proppant,and sand content on fracturing fracture seepage capacity are studied in laboratory,and the influence degree of the factors are analyzed by orthogonal experiments and grey correlation analysis.The results show that: when sand content is increased from 6 kg / m2 to 8 kg / m2 and 10 kg / m2 separately,the seepage capacity of fracture increases 50% and 25% separately; the damaging rate of fracturing fluid residue to the fracture seepage capacity is more than30%,and the fracture seepage capacity decreases 20% when the mass fraction of gel increases 0. 1%; for the cores used in the experiments,the embedded proppant makes the fracture seepage capacity decrease by 8. 8%; the fiber will also decrease the fracture seepage capacity,and the fracture seepage capacity approximately decreases 3% when the mass fraction of the fiber increases by 0. 1%; the influence degree order of the parameters on the fracture seepage capacity from big to small is: the mass fraction of proppant,the mass fraction of gel,the mass fraction of fiber,closure pressure. These conclusions have great significance to the optimization of field fracturing construction parameters.
