摘要
目的:探讨冠心病心绞痛采用栝蒌薤白半夏汤联合血府逐瘀汤加减治疗的效果。方法:选取68例于近年期间我院接收的冠心病心绞痛患者,将其平分为对照组与实验组,两组患者均给予冠心病心绞痛的常规治疗,实验组加用中药联合汤加减治疗,观察两组疗效。结果:采用中药联合汤剂的实验组,其临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05),同时,治疗后两组心绞痛发作次数及心电图ST-T改变的时间明显减少,而实验组减少程度更显著(P<0.05),药不良反应轻微。结论:冠心病心绞痛采用中药联合汤加减治疗,疗效显著,值得推广。
Objective：To study the curative effect of Kuolou Xiebai Banxia decoction combined with Xuefuzhuyu decoction on CHD angina.Method： In recent one year, 68 patients with CHD angina and equally divided into control group and experimental group.Two groups adopted the conventional therapy. In addition, experimental group also adopted the combined TCM therapy.The curative effects of two groups were observed. Result：Clinical effect in experimental group was significantly better than that in control group （P〈0.05）;after treatment,the attack times of angina and time of electrocardiogram ST-T variations in two groups were significantly reduced. The experimental group was superior to the control group （P〈0.05）;the side reaction was tiny.Conclusion：The combination therapy has an obvious effect on coronary heart disease angina.
