摘要
Cr12MoV钢冷冲模凸模在制造过程中发生了断裂失效。采用直读光谱仪、金相显微镜、洛氏硬度计、体视显微镜和扫描电镜等方法对Cr12MoV钢冷冲模凸模的材料成分、显微组织、硬度和断口形貌等进行检验分析。结果表明,材料中存在严重的碳化物聚集和大块角状碳化物。原材料组织不均造成淬火组织应力过大,组织应力与随后磨削过程中产生的磨削残余应力综合作用,最终导致冷冲模开裂。
The fracture occurred during the manufacturing process of the Cr12 MoV steel cold pounching die. The chemical composition,microstructure,hardness and fracture morphology of the Cr12MoV cold working die punch were investigated by means of direct reading spectrometer,metallographic microscope,Rockwell hardness tester,stereo microscope and scanning electron microscopy( SEM). The results show that there are gathered and arris-block in the steel. The inhomogeneous microstructure of the raw material causes too much structural stress after quenching,and the residual tensile stress caused by subsequent grinding together with the quenching structural stress lead to the cracking of cold pouching die.
