摘要
目的探讨情景模拟训练在低年资助产士产时服务护患沟通过程中的应用效果。方法指定训练教师,制订训练目标和主题,设计情景,进行产时服务预演,并进行评价和讨论,然后进行正式演练,演练结束后进行分析总结。结果分娩室低年资助产士护患沟通能力和产妇对分娩助产士的满意度均提高(P<0.01)。结论产时服务护患沟通的情景模拟训练有助于提高分娩室低年资助产士的护患沟通能力,提高助产效果。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of scenario simulation training on nurse - patient communication during delivery for junior midwives. Method The measures included selecting trainers, determining the training objectives and themes, designing scenes, previewing and discussing nurse - patient communication ,then practicing formally and making analyses. Results The junior midwives'nurse -patient communication ability and patient satisfaction were improved ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Scenarios simulation training helps to improve nurse - patient communication skills of junior midwives in the delivery room.
