欣普贝生用于足月妊娠促宫颈成熟及引产效果的临床分析被引量：6

摘要目的探讨地诺前列酮栓(欣普贝生)用于足月妊娠促宫颈成熟及引产的效果与安全性。方法选择115例足月妊娠、单胎头位,宫颈Bisho P<6分,有引产指征,无严重合并症及引产禁忌证的孕妇,以欣普贝生1枚置于孕妇的阴道后穹窿,记录孕妇用药前后的宫颈Bishop评分、临产时间、产程时间、分娩方式、产后出血、新生儿情况和药物不良反应发生率。结果欣普贝生能显著提高宫颈BS评分,但初产妇与经产妇无显著差异。用药至临产时间为(8.27±5.52)h,产程时间为(8.66±6.17)h。总临产率86.09%,引产成功率65.22%,剖宫产40例,占比34.78%。本研究中无宫缩过频、新生儿窒息等不良反应发生,对产后出血、新生儿Apgar评分均无明显影响。结论欣普贝生可有效、安全地用于足月妊娠的促宫颈成熟及引产,但需加强监测。
