摘要
目的：观察中医护理模式对小儿外感发热疾病的影响。方法：从本院2013年11月-2014年11月收治的小儿外感发热疾病患者中随机选择67例设为观察组,并从本院2012年10月-2013年10月收治的小儿外感发热疾病患者中随机选择67例设为对照组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施中医护理。观察两组的退热复发情况和治疗效果以及患儿家长对护理工作的满意情况,并进行比较。结果：观察组患者的治疗后退热复发率为10.4%（10/67）,显著低于对照组的74.6%（50/67）;观察组的治疗总有效率为92.5%（62/67）,显著高于对照组的68.7%（46/67）;观察组患儿家长对护理工作的满意率为100.0%（67/67）,显著高于对照组的82.1%（55/67）,经比较差异均有统计学意义,（均P〈0.05）。结论：对小儿外感发热疾病患儿实施中医护理可以获得良好的治疗效果,并减少发热的复发,提高患儿家长的护理满意度。
Objective： To explore the influence of traditional Chinese medicine nursing mode on pediatric exogenous fever disease. Methods： 67 cases of patients with pediatric exogenous fever disease in our hospital from November 2013 to November2014were selected as the observation group. And 67 cases of patients with pediatric exogenous fever disease in our hospital from October 2012 to October 2013 were selected as the controlled group. The control group were given the routine nursing,the observation group were given the nursing of traditional Chinese medicine. Fever relapse and treatment effect and the parents of children with satisfaction on nursing work of the two groups were observed and compared. Results： The observation group patients after treatment of fever and recurrence rate was 10. 4%（10 /67）,significantly lower than the controlled group of 74. 6%（50 /67）;the total effective rate of the observation group was 92. 5%（62 /67）,significantly higher than that of the controlled group which was 68. 7%（46 /67）; the observation group with parents to nursing job satisfaction rate was 100%（67 /67）,significantly higher than the controlled group of 82. 1%（55 /67）,the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The implementation of traditional Chinese medicine nursing can obtain good therapeutic effect on infantile exopathic fever in children with febrile diseases,and reduce the recurrence,improve nursing satisfaction of the parents of children.
