摘要
医院信息化部门是医院信息化快速发展主导力量,在目前适用型卫生信息技术(HIT)人才匮乏的情况下,应高度重视医院HIT从业者的培养和提高。人员培训应针对不同职位设置相应的课程。美国ONC的H I T人才培训课程包含20个课程构件,供不同职位和知识背景的专业人员选择培训项目使用。针对我国医院信息化建设方案的主要技术设计和实施者,面对不同的专业背景需要学习的核心课程不同;为了加速培育我国医院HIT专业人才队伍,建议开展有针对性且可操作的培训计划,合理设置课程内容,并通过相应的政策措施予以推进。
Curriculum of HIT training for Information technology sector is the leader in adoption of IT in hospitals, which is responsible for information management. In order to promote hospital informatization, an appropriate curriculum for different positions should be set for Health IT (HIT) staff training. The Curriculum of ONC contains 20 components for different trainees to choose. The practice workflow and information management redesign specialist is the leading participant in developing hospital information systems. They need to study different core curriculums according to their knowledge background. To promote HIT training, it is suggested that feasible professional training programs should be initiated and specified curriculums and encouraging polices also need to be developed.
