摘要
目的探讨氯米芬联合滋肾育胎丸治疗排卵障碍性不孕患者的临床疗效。方法选取2013年1月至2015年1月兴宁市中医医院就诊的排卵障碍性不孕患者98例为研究对象,将其采用随机数字表法分为两组,各49例。对照组患者给予氯米芬治疗,观察组患者给予氯米芬联合滋肾育胎丸治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组患者卵泡大小及子宫内膜厚度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01);观察组患者总有效率为91.8%,明显高于对照组的75.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生率为4.1%,明显低于对照组的16.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氯米芬联合滋肾育胎丸治疗排卵障碍性不孕疗效明显,能有效改善患者卵泡大小及子宫内膜厚度。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Yutai pill in the treatment of anovulatory infertility with clomiphene combined with nourishing kidney.Methods From 2013 January to 2015 January in Xingning City Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of anovulatory infertility patients 98 cases as the research object,which were randomly divided into two groups,49 cases in each.Patients in control group were treated with clomiphene citrate therapy,the patients in observation group were given clomiphene citrate combined with Zishen Yutai pill treatment,treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the patients in observation group were the size of follicles and endometrial thickness were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P0.01）;the total effective rate of observation group was 91.8%,significantly higher than that in the control group 75.5%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;patients in the observation group the incidence of adverse reactions was 4.1%,significantly lower than the 16.3% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Clomiphene citrate combined with Zishen Yutai pill in treatment of anovulatory infertility,curative effect is good,can effectively improve the follicle diameter and endometrial thickness.
